AI Outbound Appointment Setter
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a web-based AI platform that can take over the entire appointment–setting flow for clients in multiple industries. At its core the system should read a prospect’s availability, negotiate a suitable time slot, and confirm the meeting without human intervention.
What matters most to me is that the solution operates as a true SaaS web application, able to plug into popular calendar ecosystems (Google, Outlook, iCloud, Office 365) and then handle both inbound requests and intelligent outbound calls. The voice component must sound natural, handle common objections on the fly, and lock in a meeting inside the prospect’s calendar. Think of a friendly, self-learning call agent that knows when to push, when to pause, and when to pivot to alternative times.
Key deliverables
• Automated scheduling engine that respects time-zone rules, working hours and buffer preferences
• Real-time two-way integration with major calendars (create, modify, cancel events and detect conflicts)
• Outbound AI voice module with objection-handling scripts and direct booking capability
• Admin dashboard to monitor conversations, edit call flows, and pull performance reports
• API or webhook access so I can connect the scheduler to CRM, marketing funnels or custom forms
I am open to the tech stack, though I often see Node, Python, or a serverless approach paired with Twilio, Dialogflow, or a comparable NLP engine making the most sense. If you have an alternative stack that still gives us a modern, secure, browser-based experience, I’m happy to hear your pitch.
