AI Operating System for Real Estate REO Company
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Our real estate/REO office handles hundreds of daily touchpoints—property updates, tenant notices, lender reports—and I want that constant churn handled by a network of AI agents rather than my staff’s time. The core scope is to design and implement an AI Operating System that automates our most repetitive administrative work: data entry straight into our CRM and MLS feeds, email triage and drafting, document generation for contracts or bank packets, and real-time dashboard reporting.
Beyond these essentials, I also need:
• A chatbot assistant that sits inside Slack / Teams to answer internal questions, fetch property files, and guide new hires through SOPs.
• A knowledge-management layer that turns our existing SOPs and forms into a searchable vector database so the agents can stay up-to-date without manual reprogramming.
• Clear, modular pipelines so future tasks can be added with minimal re-engineering.
Acceptance criteria
1. Agents successfully complete at least 90 % of sample data-entry and email-draft tasks without human correction.
2. Dashboards refresh live from the automated workflows and match underlying data within a 1 % variance.
3. Chatbot answers SOP queries with cited sources from our knowledge base.
