Open Claw -> Mini Mac-Based AI Assistant Setup

I’d like a full, ready-to-use personal assistant (CEO Assistant) installed on my Mac mini with Open Claw and Claude Code. The backbone can be any open-source or low-cost AI stack you are comfortable with, so long as it runs locally and lets me do three things smoothly:

• Draft and send Gmail messages with short voice or text prompts
• Work inside ClickUp for task management, team communication, and reporting/analytics without leaving the assistant window
• Fire off pre-written or AI-generated messages straight to WhatsApp Desktop

Please handle everything from choosing the most stable framework, installing all dependencies, connecting the Gmail API, mapping ClickUp’s workspace, and wiring in WhatsApp Desktop through AppleScript, CLI, or another reliable bridge. A simple command palette or chat-style interface is fine as long as it’s fast and keyboard-friendly.
