Title: “Freelance chatbot developer for OneHotel.asia – lead capture + manual-based support bot”
Description:
We are OneHotel.asia, a hotel-technology company (Indochina region) seeking a talented chatbot/AI developer to build two core components:
1. Lead Capture Bot (ONE Lead): embedded on our site, qualifies inbound leads, captures hotel group information, books demos.
2. Support Bot (ONE Assist): uses our internal System Manual (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, RMS) as knowledge-base; answers in English (Thai/Vietnamese bonus); escalates to human when needed.
Deliverables: chat widget + flow diagrams, escalation logic, lead routing to CRM (we use HubSpot/ClickUp), manual ingestion, go-live.
Languages: English required; Thai/Vietnamese a plus.
Timeline: 4-6 weeks.
Budget: USD 1,500
Skills required: conversational UX, prompt engineering, chatbot platforms (Chatbase/Flowise/DocsBot etc.), web embed, CRM integration.
