Offline AI Avatar Voice Clone

I’m looking for a developer who can package an AI avatar—complete with my cloned voice—into a self-contained desktop app built with Node.js and Electron. The core requirement is true offline use: once the avatar and voice are generated (I’m fine doing that initial step while connected), the entire experience must keep running without internet access.

Current application uses Electron, nodejs.Ollama.
