Role Overview
We’re hiring LLM Trainer - Agentic tasks -Norwegian Bokmål (Norway) for a pioneering project with one of the world’s foundational LLM companies. This role focuses on agentic task design, multi-turn conversations, and function-calling use cases, helping advance the next generation of AI assistants.
Responsibilities
Design high-quality multi-turn dialogues between users and AI assistants.
Emulate agentic reasoning with tool usage (calendar, email, maps, drive, etc.).
Ensure conversations showcase natural, logical, and context-rich flow.
Follow strict formatting and quality guidelines from playbooks.
Collaborate with peers and reviewers to refine datasets.
Skills & Experience
3+ years in a technical/analytical role.
Strong grasp of APIs, JSON, and logical problem-solving.
Excellent written communication in Norwegian Bokmål (Norway) (native/proficient).
Familiarity with LLMs, function-calling, or virtual assistants (preferred).
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to simulate realistic human-AI interactions.
