Need consultation on chatbot

I need consultation on available chatbots that can be integrated with AI such as chatGPT/claude. AI can ask questions whatever we trained, and ask follow up questions if required. Chatbot should also be having the capability to give the user an option to upload the files and Question/Answers should be sent to the microservice(Microservice part will be taken care) . I have explored numerous chatbots but couldn't find better one considering budget or the capability. Plus I need this for POC so from that perspective I need advice on this and Need POC as well.

Will consider this task done only if above all the criteria is met.
