AI Multilingual Voice & Messaging Agent

Hi,

I’m looking for a skilled developer or team to help me build a multilingual AI-powered sales agent system for my food production business. The goal is to automate daily customer order-taking using voice calls, WhatsApp, and WeChat/WeCom, all integrated with SAP B1 HANA.


Project Requirements:

1. AI Voice Calling System
• Make automated daily voice calls to customers
• Support multilingual voice conversations (English + Mandarin Chinese)
• Take customer orders via phone (natural conversation)
• Confirm available inventory (from SAP B1)
• Log orders and send confirmation

2. SAP B1 HANA Integration
• Connect to SAP to:
• Pull inventory data (real-time stock check)
• Log orders automatically

3. Messaging Integration
• WhatsApp (via Twilio or 360dialog) for confirmations or missed call follow-ups
• WeChat + WeCom (for Chinese customers or B2B partners)
• Trigger messages from order events

4. Automation Layer
• Schedule calls by timezone
• Fallback to WhatsApp/WeChat if no call response
• Route to human agents if AI isn’t confident

• Twilio / PolyAI / Dialogflow / GPT-4
• Python / Node.js backend
• n8n or Airflow for orchestration
• SAP B1 HANA via OData or DI API
• Google Sheets / PostgreSQL for early prototyping

• Can build scalable backend workflows
• Strong knowledge of Twilio, WhatsApp API, WeChat API
• Able to communicate well and deliver quickly
