Multilingual Voice AI Agent Testing
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I am refining a bilingual (voice + text) conversational AI and need native speakers of Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Punjabi to put it through its paces. You will chat with the agent several times across different scenarios, always during India Standard Time slots that we schedule together, so I can observe live or retrieve logs immediately.
What matters most to me is how accurate and natural the replies feel in your language. After each test round I will ask you to:
• send a concise written report—in English—highlighting any mistranslations, awkward wording, or factual slips;
• record a short audio summary (2-3 minutes) in your native tongue pointing out the same issues, so I can hear pronunciation nuances the text alone might miss.
Because the agent also answers text prompts, I need you to compare its spoken output with the text response and note any mismatch. Clear oral and written communication on your side is therefore essential.
We will do live testing with test scripts. Expect multiple iterations until we hit an acceptable quality bar.
