Multilingual AI Support Chatbot

I want to embed an AI-driven chat widget on nordxpert.ee that can welcome users in Estonian, English, or Russian and handle everything from simple “How do I post a vacancy?” questions to detailed enquiries about local regulations. The bot must draw its answers from our own data—job listings, user profiles, platform guidelines, and any PDF or knowledge-base articles we upload—so responses stay current and accurate.

What I need from you
• A complete, production-ready chatbot powered by a retrieval-augmented language model (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4, Cohere, or similar) that indexes my documents and returns citations.
• Seamless front-end integration: a clean widget that fits our site’s design and works on desktop and mobile.
• Multilingual capability out of the box for Estonian, English, and Russian, with language detected automatically.
• An easy way for my team to add or update documents and see them re-indexed without manual coding.
• Basic analytics (volume, common questions, fallback rate) so we can refine content.
• Secure handling of user data in line with GDPR; the bot must never expose private profile details.

Acceptance criteria
The chatbot should answer at least 90 % of a predefined FAQ test set correctly in each language, switch languages mid-session when the user does, and install on our staging server with no code conflicts.
