Multilingual Hotel Concierge AI Agent
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want to add a conversational voice concierge to our hotel’s mobile app so guests can speak naturally at any hour and instantly book amenities, order room service, get directions to nearby sights, or resolve anything else they need without waiting on hold. The assistant must recognise and reply fluently in English, Spanish, French, and الهندية, switching on the fly as the guest does.
Reliable two–way connections with Opera PMS, Cloudbeds, and RoomRaccoon are essential—reservations, charges, and service tickets should flow in real time so staff never has to re-key data. The experience needs to feel native inside iOS and Android, with wake-word-free interaction, clear text-to-speech, and a concise chat transcript logged to the guest profile. All of this has to run 24/7 with uptime and latency suitable for a front-desk replacement.
Deliverables I need from you:
• A production-ready AI voice agent deployed to our staging environment and then live in the app
• API bridges for the three PMS platforms plus brief setup docs
• Language models or services configured for the four target languages, with fallback handling when speech is unclear
• A short hand-over session for my tech team and success criteria met (amenity booking, room-service ticket, attraction info query, and general Q&A all proven in live tests)
If you have solid experience building voice assistants for hospitality or similarly complex, multi-integration environments, let’s get started.
