Motorcycle Dealer Support AI System
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I need an end-to-end AI solution that will sit on our motorcycle dealers’ websites and instantly handle customer support and inquiries. The focus is clear: the assistant must be able to answer technical support questions as well as offer product information and recommendations.
To create a seamless experience, I want the AI available through two channels: a real-time live-chat widget and a searchable knowledge-base interface. Order tracking and inventory features are not priorities right now, but I may add them once the core support flows prove reliable, so please build with future expansion in mind.
Core scope
• Import and structure all service manuals, spec sheets, and accessory catalogs so the model can pull precise technical data and suggest compatible parts or models.
• Design conversational flows that identify the user’s problem, surface the right troubleshooting steps, and, where relevant, recommend related products or upgrades.
• Implement live chat with human-handoff logic for edge cases the model can’t solve.
• Generate and maintain a self-service knowledge base from the same data set, keeping answers consistent across both channels.
• Deliver an admin dashboard showing conversation analytics, unanswered queries, and an easy way for staff to add or edit content.
Acceptance criteria
1. A user can ask any technical question about a current model and receive an accurate, citation-linked answer in ≤5 seconds.
2. The same data surfaces identically in live chat and the knowledge base.
3. At least 90 % of product-info queries return a relevant accessory or model recommendation with price and availability pulled from our feed.
4. Full deployment instructions plus source code and model weights (or API configuration) are handed over so we remain platform-agnostic.
If you have direct experience training language models, integrating real-time chat, or building vehicle industry knowledge graphs, your insight will be invaluable. Let’s discuss a phased rollout so we can move quickly from proof-of-concept to production.
