Motion AI Expert Needed – Business Workflow Setup & AI Employee Walkthrough

I have recently started using Motion AI for my Virtual EA business. Before scaling further, I need a clear and practical understanding of how Motion AI’s AI Employees (such as Marketing AI, Sales AI, AI Researcher, etc.) can realistically be used in a real business workflow.
My business will operate with multiple email accounts and multiple calendars inside one system, so I also need guidance on what is possible, what is not, and the best way to configure Motion AI for this setup.
At the moment, Motion AI is the only tool in place, but I am not fully confident about:
Which settings actually matter
How to structure tasks, projects, and calendars
How to reduce manual oversight for routine work (task handling, basic email triage, workflow hand-offs, etc.)
I am looking for someone who can provide a clear, jargon-free explanation and hands-on guidance, not just theory.
What I’m looking for:
A practical walkthrough of Motion AI’s core features
Clear explanation of what each AI Employee can and cannot do
Help configuring my account properly for multi-email and multi-calendar use
Step-by-step creation of at least one real internal workflow that proves business value
You should act as a guide and advisor, showing me how to map my existing process into Motion AI and how to monitor and improve it later on my own.
Deliverables:
• One live screenshare session (or a recorded video walkthrough) explaining Motion AI basics and AI Employees
• Step-by-step setup of one working internal workflow inside my Motion AI account
• Simple documentation explaining the workflow logic
• A short reference guide covering best practices, common mistakes to avoid, and recommended next steps
If you already have templates, scripts, or proven onboarding methods for Motion AI, that is a big plus—please include them during the session and documentation.
Experience Required:
Hands-on experience using Motion AI in real business workflows
Ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical users
Experience with productivity automation or virtual operations is preferred
Requirements:
Language: English (simple, clear communication required). Tamil is a plus.
