Mobile Booking Chatbot Automation

I’m building a mobile app and need a chat-driven assistant dedicated to automating one specific job: managing bookings. The bot must let users create, modify, and cancel reservations inside the app, confirm availability in real time, and push every change to my existing back-end API without human intervention.

Key points you should know
• Primary goal: task automation—no marketing or customer-service small talk, just smooth booking management.
• Target platform: a native or cross-platform mobile environment; the bot has to feel fully embedded, not a webview shortcut.
• Preferred toolkits: Dialogflow, Rasa, or a comparable NLP engine are fine as long as you wire them cleanly to my REST endpoints and return structured JSON. If you favour a different stack, explain why.

Deliverables
1. Source code and any training data.
2. Integration guide that lets me drop the bot module into iOS and Android builds.
3. A short video or screenshots proving that a user can complete the full booking flow—new, edit, cancel—without leaving the chat interface.
