Manychat-n8n WhatsApp AI Integration
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I already have WhatsApp connected to Manychat and an OpenAI agent running inside n8n. What I need now is the glue: a clean, reliable workflow that lets every message coming from WhatsApp (through Manychat) reach the OpenAI step in n8n and then pushes the agent’s reply back to the same WhatsApp conversation—seamlessly, in near real-time.
Primary use cases
• The agent must read free-text messages, recognise when a user is placing an order or asking for package tracking, and then respond appropriately.
• For orders, the flow should capture all relevant details from the text (product, quantity, address, etc.) and store or forward them exactly as I define.
• For tracking, it should pull the tracking number the user provides (also via free text) and return the status using my existing carrier API endpoint.
Scope of work
We'll have 1-2 hour session to do the connection and sharing our screens to understand the issue.
I’ll test by simulating a new WhatsApp chat, placing an order and then requesting tracking. The project is complete once both responses return accurately and within a few seconds.
