ManyChat + WhatsApp + Google Sheets + ChatGPT Bot for Real Estate

We’re an India-based real estate company looking to automate our WhatsApp interactions using ManyChat, WhatsApp Business API, ChatGPT, and Google Sheets.
We need a freelancer to build a WhatsApp chatbot that can:
Send files: images, site maps, Google Maps location links, project videos, and PDFs
Fetch and display dynamic data from Google Sheets (property listings, pricing, availability)
Respond naturally to queries using ChatGPT
Capture lead details and route complex queries to human agents when needed
We are also open to alternative solutions if you have a better or more efficient setup for real estate automation beyond ManyChat — as long as it meets our core needs.
Required Skills:
Proven experience with ManyChat and WhatsApp Business API integration
Familiarity with ChatGPT API and conversational flow design
Experience in Google Sheets API/webhook integration
Strong background in automation, chatbot development, or real estate lead handling
