• Welcome customers automatically when they message us on WhatsApp and collect basic details such as name, service type, and preferred date/time.
• Guide users through the booking process, showing available tickets or slots in real time and confirming reservations.
• Integrate with our database and booking system via APIs to update or fetch live availability instantly.
• Store conversation data (such as preferences, previous chats, and booking details) for future personalization.
• Escalate chats to a human agent automatically whenever the bot detects a complex query or customer request.
Technical Overview
