LinkedIn Networking Expansion

Job ID: 40278437

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

We run a precision outreach system targeting $5M to $10M business founders and CEOs. These are operators who have seen every pitch, ignore every template, and delete anything that smells like automation. One lazy message, one wrong word, one deviation from our voice standard damages brand equity with a prospect we may never get back.

We need someone who takes that seriously and has the discipline to prove it.

If you have executed AI-assisted LinkedIn outreach, know how to work inside a structured Claude prompt framework, understand the difference between executing copy and improvising it, and treat brand voice as non-negotiable, keep reading.

If you are looking for a simple send-and-log role, this is not it.

What the Work Actually Looks Like
You will execute our UEC Apollo LinkedIn Outreach System. It is a proprietary, research-driven cold outreach workflow built around a master prompt that uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate hyper-personalized connection requests and follow-up DMs for each contact. The copy is pre-generated. Your job is to run this system with precision, judgment, and zero deviation from the established standard.

For each contact, in this order:

Pull the contact from the Apollo export file (Excel, with outreach copy already populated)

View their LinkedIn profile

Engage authentically by liking a relevant post or leaving a brief, contextually appropriate comment

Send the personalized connection request exactly as written — 250 characters max, no modifications

Once accepted, send the 3-paragraph follow-up DM in the exact sequence and format specified

The follow-up DM has three parts you need to understand before you touch this role:

Paragraph 1 is a Situation Frame. It describes the contact's specific operational terrain without diagnosing their problem. It is custom per contact, 45 to 60 words, and must be sent exactly as written.

Paragraph 2 is a locked paragraph that is reproduced character-for-character in every single DM. Not one word changes. Not one punctuation mark. Ever.

Paragraph 3 is a CTA that routes to one of two specific assets based on the contact's operational situation. It is pre-selected. No substitutions.

Weekly volume: 200 connection requests across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (roughly 67 per day), plus rolling DM follow-ups as requests are accepted.

A note on pacing: 67 requests per day must be executed in a natural, human cadence across the session. Do not batch-send. Space activity out to mirror normal LinkedIn browsing behavior. This protects the account.

The Claude Requirement
All outreach copy is generated using Claude (we run Claude Sonnet 4.6). This is not optional and it is not background context. It is a core part of the role.

You must be able to:

Input our UEC Master Outreach Prompt into Claude and run batches of Apollo contacts through it correctly

Read and evaluate the AI output against our QA checklist before anything goes near a real prospect

Catch voice violations. Our prompt has 14 absolute rules, a 3-test QA gate for every connection request, and a specific list of prohibited words and phrases. You need to recognize when Claude produces output that fails those standards and either correct it through the prompt or flag it before it is sent.

Understand the tier logic. Claude assigns each contact a Gold, Silver, or Bronze research tier based on what was found about them. You need to understand what each tier means, verify the assignment makes sense for that contact, and flag misclassifications.

You do not need to be an AI engineer. You need to be someone who reads the output with a critical eye, not someone who assumes the model is always right.

The Brand Voice Standard
We write on behalf of Clayton Michael-Butler, Founder of Upper Echelon Consulting. Clayton is a U.S. military veteran and former operator who advises founders in the $5M to $10M stage of business growth. His voice is peer-to-peer, direct, and built entirely on specificity.

Every message you send represents him. These are not guidelines. These are absolutes.

No em dashes, no exclamation points, no bold or italics anywhere in message copy

No marketing words: leverage, unlock, empower, transform, game-changing, optimize

No coaching language: level up, crush it, step into, show up

No hedge openers: "I hope this finds you well," "Wanted to connect," "Came across your profile"

Connection requests end on a substantive statement, never a question and never a soft close

DMs never ask for a call, a meeting, or a discovery session. They offer a free asset and let the conversation develop.

If you read a message and it sounds like software wrote it, it fails. Every message must read like a fellow founder wrote it before his first meeting of the day.

The QA Gate
Before any message leaves the account, it runs through a mandatory 3-test check.

Specificity Test. Remove the name and company. Does it still describe this exact person's situation, or could it apply to anyone in their industry? If it fits anyone, it fails.

Voice Test. Read it out loud as if Clayton is saying it at a private dinner, not a networking event. Does it sound like a person or a tool?

Swap Test. Could this message be copy-pasted to the next five contacts with only a name change? If yes, it fails.

You run these tests on every piece of copy before it is executed. Submitting work that has not been QA'd is a serious error in this role.

Daily Tracking
At the end of each working session, you submit a log that covers every contact touched that day:

Profile viewed

Engagement action taken (liked post, left comment, or neither with a note explaining why)

Connection request sent with timestamp

Connection accepted with date

DM sent with timestamp

Any LinkedIn warnings or unusual account activity

This is a real brand running real campaigns to real executives. The tracking keeps the campaign clean and gives us the data to improve over time.

Who This Is For
You are likely a fit if you have run manual LinkedIn outreach campaigns before, have worked inside a structured AI prompt framework (Claude specifically is a strong plus), are detail-oriented in a way other people find excessive, understand that "close enough" is not a real standard when the audience is skeptical executives, and are available consistently on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays every week.

You are not a fit if you plan to use automation tools or LinkedIn bots, think AI output can go to a prospect without a human review step, treat brand voice rules as suggestions, or cannot commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Pay
We pay based on quality and consistency, not just volume. Speed without accuracy has no value in this system. Please quote a weekly rate for Tuesday through Thursday execution, roughly 2 to 3 hours per day given the volume. Upwork or direct contract preferred.

How to Apply
Do not send a generic proposal. Send the following in this order:

One sentence on your Claude experience. Have you worked inside a structured master prompt before?

One example of a LinkedIn outreach campaign you have executed. Include the audience, the volume, and your connection acceptance rate.

Your answer to this question: "Our prompt requires that Paragraph 2 of every follow-up DM is reproduced character-for-character with zero modification. If Claude outputs a version with a subtle rephrasing, what do you do?" There is a correct answer. It tells us everything about how you will operate in this role.

Your weekly rate.

Proposals that skip question 3, answer it vaguely, or open with a pitch about your VA services will not receive a response.

This is a small role with a high standard. The right person will find the system satisfying to run because it is built with precision. If that is you, we want to hear from you.
