Light WhatsApp Automation with AI

I want to roll out a very lightweight WhatsApp conversation flow that kicks off a chat, asks a handful of qualification questions, lets ChatGPT handle the small-talk, then tags or routes the lead so a human can jump in when it counts. My current stack lives in Google Sheets and Airtable, so I’d like the automations built there (or something that plugs in cleanly) rather than a full WhatsApp API deployment or an oversized chatbot framework.

Here’s the flow I’m picturing: a trigger launches a WhatsApp thread, three or four questions gather basic intent and fit; ChatGPT keeps the tone natural while still following a clear prompt you’ll design; once the answers meet predefined criteria, the conversation is handed to a human agent with the relevant data already logged in the sheet/base.

Deliverables:
