Project Description
We are looking for an experienced AI / Web developer to build a minimum viable product (MVP) for our platform creditbail.ca to be deployed in Quebec targeting French speaking business owners.

The goal is to create a first working prototype that can qualify prospects, manage a simple sales pipeline, automate follow-ups, and provide an intelligent user experience.

Key Features for the MVP
AI Chatbot for Lead Qualification

Embedded on creditbail.ca

Asks simple questions (budget, type of equipment, duration, etc.)

Generates a qualified lead automatically (saved into a database or sheet)

Simple Pipeline (Mini-CRM)

Store leads with key information

Visualize opportunities by status (e.g., “in discussion,” “term sheet issued,” “won/lost”)

Export option to Excel or Google Sheets

Automated Client Follow-Ups

Personalized emails (confirmation, reminders, renewal notices)

Option to send a simple PDF report generated from client input

Basic Admin Panel

Simple interface to view incoming leads, update statuses, and add notes

Ability to customize pipeline stages easily

Suggested Tech Stack (or equivalent)
Frontend: WordPress / Webflow / React (depending on developer expertise)

Chatbot / AI: OpenAI API, Dialogflow, or similar

CRM Layer: Airtable, Notion, or lightweight HubSpot / Zoho integration

Candidate Profile
Proven experience in AI chatbot integration + web development

Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Airtable, etc.)

Ability to deliver a fast, simple, scalable MVP

Budget & Timeline
Budget for MVP: USD $1,500 – $3,000 (depending on scope and proposal)
