AI Lead Sourcing for Swiss Franchisees
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to automate the hunt for future franchise partners in mortgage financing across Switzerland. The agent you build should scour professional networks, public directories, and relevant forums, then apply three non-negotiable filters: the person lives in Switzerland, has previous mortgage-financing experience, and shows clear interest in independent franchise opportunities. Once qualified, each lead must receive a short, personalised email—sent in French, English, or German depending on their profile—introducing our franchise model and inviting a call.
One important point - franchise is not too popular in Switzerland. We might need to be a bit more open to people who are not actively looking for franchise opportunities, but are in general unexcited about their job and/or the prospect/future of their job, hence, would consider a job in franchise business where they can make much more money.
Here is how I picture the workflow:
• Data discovery and collection handled automatically.
• Filtering logic hard-coded around the three criteria above.
• Output: a spreadsheet (or CRM import) of qualified contacts with language tag and outreach status.
• Outreach: the agent dispatches the first email and logs delivery.
-we see who has interest or not; and we can call/contact them. it's important to organise a meeting or at least visio relatively quickly.
The project is complete when I can run the agent myself, watch it generate a fresh batch of leads, and confirm that emails are going out in the correct language without manual intervention.
