AI Lead-Qualifying Agent for Real Estate

I need a conversational AI built in Synthflow that can greet every inbound land-seller lead, ask the right questions, and, when the fit is clear, drop an appointment directly on my calendar or do a live trasnfer. My company buys and sells land in two distinct markets—Texas and the Philadelphia, PA metro—so each flow has to sound local, reference the correct counties, and handle regional quirks in acreage, zoning, and pricing language.
The agent’s primary objectives are straightforward:
• Confirm that the lead and the parcel match our criteria.
• Collect basic contact data and any other deal-critical details you recommend.
• Seamlessly book a call with me or my team when the prospect passes the screen.
I prefer Synthflow because of its low-code logic blocks and native calendar integrations, but if you believe a Dialogflow or Rasa build would deliver the same experience with fewer compromises, let me know your reasoning in the proposal. Whichever platform we choose, I expect:
• Two separate but parallel dialogue paths (Texas / Philadelphia) that can be tweaked easily as my buying criteria evolve.
• Clean hand-off to a live team member whenever the bot reaches the edge of its knowledge.
