I want to spin up a fully-functional voice agent on Retellai or vapi.ai that can pick up a brand-new lead, call them automatically, qualify their needs, and lock an appointment straight into my calendar. The whole flow has to stay in sync with my CRM—Appfolio—so every interaction is logged and any status change (new lead, follow-up, booked, no-show, etc.) is reflected instantly.
