I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a secure AI-powered knowledge base SAAS platform.
Core Requirements:
- Ingest documents and website content
- Convert them into searchable vector embeddings
- Build a secure chatbot interface using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for document visibility
- Provide an SDK/iframe for embedding into client platforms
- Include multi-language support (initially English) and an analytics dashboard
Key Features:
- Admin dashboard for tenant and content management
- Custom user roles (e.g., customer, staff, R&D, etc.)
- Real-time AI responses from private data
- Secure file handling via AWS S3
- Use of GPT-4 for context-aware answers with logging and analytics
- CI/CD pipeline, tests, and documentation included
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in AI and machine learning
- Proficiency in building secure SaaS applications
- Experience with AWS S3 and implementing RBAC
