Interactive Voiceflow Chatbot Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for someone to help build a small interactive chatbot using Voiceflow. The goal is to prototype a basic conversational flow.
Objective:
Enhance your chatbot's functionality with variable handling and conditional logic,
supporting richer user interactions aligned with your final project's goals.
Steps:
1. Personalized Greeting with Conditional Logic:
• Start your chatbot interaction by asking the user for their name (if not already
implemented). Try asking just for their first name unless you need their last name too.
• Use conditional logic based on the current time to greet the user differently:
• Morning (before 12 PM): “Good morning, {userName}!”
• Afternoon (12 PM - 6 PM): “Good afternoon, {userName}!”
• Evening (after 6 PM): “Good evening, {userName}!”
2. Implement at Least Two New Intents from Your Conversation Design Spreadsheet:
• Clearly define at least two new intents and their associated utterances (based on your
Conversation Design Spreadsheet).
• For each intent, design appropriate conversational responses.
3. Variable-based User Interaction:
• Integrate at least one variable to create personalized or context-aware responses.
• Example: Track user choices or preferences (e.g., preferred topic, previous answers,
interaction history).
4. Conditional Logic for Dynamic Responses:
• Create at least one scenario using conditional logic where chatbot responses
dynamically change based on user input or stored variables.
• Example scenario: If the user indicates they have prior knowledge of a topic, adjust the
chatbot’s response to reflect that.
5. Enhanced Error Recovery:
• Implement at least one specific fallback or error-handling message for misunderstood
user inputs.
• Allow the user to re-attempt input after an error, providing clarity or suggestions for
acceptable responses.
6. Looping or Exit Option:
• After completing interactions, offer the user the option to continue or exit clearly.
This is a small project and doesn’t need to be too complex. I’ll need the final chatbot link and access to the Voiceflow project.
