I’m looking for a savvy automation specialist to wire up smart replies on my Instagram business account.
My goal is simple: when shoppers DM me with product questions, an AI-driven workflow should detect their intent and answer with either a quick overview or a full description—whichever fits the query.
Here’s what I need:
• Configure an approved tool or the Meta/Instagram API (ManyChat, Chatfuel, Direct Messenger API, or a comparable platform) to listen for customer inquiries related specifically to product information.
• Build keyword or NLP logic that decides when to send a brief summary and when to deliver the detailed specs I’ll supply.
• Set up fallback handling so anything outside those queries is politely routed to me for manual follow-up.
• Provide a short cheat-sheet so I can tweak copy, add new products, and track basic analytics on response rates.
Keep the initial build lean and focused—just enough to cover product info questions and prove the flow works end-to-end. Once it’s live and tested, I’ll take it from there.
