About Us
We are a visa and immigration consultancy based in a Tier-3 city in India. We handle study visas, tourist visas, work permits, IELTS/PTE training, and full-cycle immigration support.
Most of our leads come from Instagram and Facebook campaigns.
We now want to build a smart, English-speaking chatbot to handle our initial inquiries and improve lead conversion.
Project Goal
To create a WhatsApp/Instagram chatbot that can automatically engage new leads, qualify them, collect essential information, and guide them through our immigration service offerings.
The chatbot will be trained using datasets we provide, and should respond exactly in the tone/style we instruct.
Key Requirements (Categorized)
1. Platform & Integration
Must integrate with:
WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API preferred)
Or whatsapp connection through N8N ( cheaper version)
Should support integration via:
Meta Cloud API
OR third-party tools (e.g., Gupshup, Wati, 360Dialog,n8n)
Should allow one user seat initially (cost-effective setup)
2. Conversation Capabilities
Chatbot should communicate only in Hinglish (Most Important)
Must follow strict training datasets that we provide.
Should:
Greet leads
Ask basic qualification questions
Explain our services clearly (study, tourist, IELTS, PTE, PR options)
Answer FAQs
Collect lead details (Name, Email, Phone, Country Preference, Academics)
Book appointments or send enquiry to human agent
The datasets and trainings from past hats will be provided.
Should hand over to a human agent seamlessly when required.
3. Admin Controls & Training
We must be able to:
Upload custom training data
Add/update FAQs easily
Create multiple “flows” (Study visa, Tourist visa, IELTS inquiry, etc.)
Correct chatbot responses
Bot must follow our exact tone and sales approach.
4. Budget & Efficiency
Must be cost-friendly, ideally with:
One-seat solution
Low monthly service fee
Should avoid unnecessary enterprise-level pricing.
5. Technical Expectations
Chatbot to use AI/NLP (any affordable engine is fine—OpenAI, Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, etc.)
