AI Hotel Concierge Voice Agent
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I want to deploy a voice-driven concierge that guests can call at any hour to handle day-to-day requests without waiting for the front desk. The core functions I need right now are:
• Answer room-availability questions in real time and complete the booking, reading and writing data directly to our RoomRaccoon PMS.
• Take amenity reservations (spa, restaurant, late check-out), create or modify the corresponding records in RoomRaccoon, and send a confirmation SMS or email to the guest.
• Provide concise answers about nearby attractions, directions and opening hours.
• Forward room-service orders to the appropriate in-house system or by email/API if that is all that’s available.
• Escalate anything it cannot solve to a live agent, handing over the call context.
For launch the voice agent only has to converse in clear, natural English, but I want the architecture kept language-agnostic so we can add Spanish and French later without rebuilding core logic.
Key requirements
• 24 / 7 availability with no noticeable downtime.
• Seamless, secure integration with RoomRaccoon via its API (authentication, error handling, rate limits).
• Works over standard phone lines; if you prefer SIP, Twilio, or another VoIP layer, outline that in your approach.
• GDPR-compliant handling of personal data and call recordings.
• Dashboard or logs that let my staff review conversations, monitor performance and tweak responses without coding.
Deliverables
1. A fully configured, cloud-hosted voice agent connected to our RoomRaccoon test account.
2. Source code or configuration files plus setup documentation so my IT team can replicate the deployment.
3. One-hour knowledge-transfer call demonstrating how to update intents, add languages and pull analytics.
Acceptance criteria
– A test call successfully checks availability for a specific date range and books a room in RoomRaccoon.
– A second test reserves a spa slot and sends the guest a confirmation.
– Average response latency under two seconds during a ten-call stress test.
– Logs show no uncaught errors.
If you’ve built conversational IVR, Alexa skills, Dialogflow CX, or similar hotel solutions before, please mention relevant examples so I can gauge fit. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the technical stack and timeline.
