HighLevel AI Booking Automation Setup

Building out a new HighLevel sub-account and need an experienced automation specialist to wire up the entire flow—from the first chat message right through to a confirmed Zoom meeting.

My immediate priority is booking automation. I want an AI-driven agent that can hold a natural conversation, offer available times, lock in an appointment, and drop that event straight into my Google Calendar automatically. Each confirmed slot must generate a unique Zoom link and trigger any A2P SMS or email reminders I configure later.

Scope of work
• Configure the HighLevel AI chat widget so it can answer basic pre-sales questions and steer visitors toward booking.
• Build the appointment-scheduling flow, mapping all events to my Google Calendar.
• Integrate Zoom so every new booking carries a fresh meeting link.
• Enable A2P messaging inside HighLevel to send confirmations and follow-up reminders.
• Test end-to-end: visitor → chat → time selection → calendar entry → Zoom invite → reminder.

Acceptance criteria
1. A prospect can schedule an appointment without human intervention.
2. The event instantly appears on Google Calendar with a Zoom link in the location field.
3. The system sends an automatic confirmation SMS/email and a reminder 24 h before the meeting.
4. All steps are demonstrated live or via screen-record for sign-off.
