Description:
We manage 13 short-term rental listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct bookings. We use Guesty for Hosts Lite for property management, PriceLabs for pricing, and Partee for guest check-in.
We are seeking a freelancer to set up a fully automated AI-powered guest messaging system that:
• Integrates with Guesty for Hosts Lite
• Sends accurate, polite, multi-language replies to guest inquiries on Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and email
• Pulls property-specific information from a centralized knowledge base
• Escalates unusual or urgent messages to us for manual handling
Responsibilities:
• Connect Guesty for Hosts Lite to chosen automation platform (Zapier, Make.com, or other recommendation)
• Integrate messaging from Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp Business, and email
• Create a structured knowledge base for 13 listings (we will provide content)
• Implement AI logic to detect questions and match with templates or generate dynamic responses
• Enable multi-language support (English, Spanish minimum)
• Set escalation rules for complex cases
• Test and optimize the system for accuracy
• Provide documentation and handover
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Zapier and/or Make.com automation ( or similar )
• Experience with Guesty API or similar PMS systems
• WhatsApp Business API setup (Twilio, 360dialog, or similar)
• Strong skills in AI prompt engineering for customer service
• Ability to work with multi-language workflows
Deliverables:
• Fully functional automation system with AI-driven replies
• Centralized property knowledge base (Google Sheets, Airtable, or other)
• Escalation and logging setup
• Training materials for our team
