We will provide you with the Google review URLs for 10 trampoline parks.
You are free to use any AI tool or AI agent (including your own workflow or model).
For each trampoline park, please perform the following tasks:
Analyse all available reviews.
Identify negative themes impacting customer experience (e.g., cleanliness, safety, staff attitude, crowding, waiting times, pricing, food quality, birthday party operations, etc.).
Rank the top 10 negative themes based on the following criteria:
Frequency (number of occurrences).
Severity/Impact (the intensity of impact on the experience based on sentiment and context).
Provide a brief description (1–3 sentences) for each item and, if possible, the approximate number or percentage of reviews mentioning that item.
You may use whichever AI you are most familiar with, but please utilise a tool that demonstrates excellent performance in sentiment analysis.
