GoHighLevel Appointment Bot Setup

I’m looking to turn GoHighLevel into a 24/7 receptionist. The assignment is to configure a conversational bot that can pick up incoming calls, reply to SMS, guide the caller or texter through a short qualification flow, and then drop the booking straight onto my existing GoHighLevel calendar. In other words, the bot must handle both calls and texts seamlessly without sending prospects to an outside link or third-party dashboard.

You’ll have full access to my GoHighLevel account so you can build the workflow with native tools—AI conversation builder, triggers, calendars, and Twilio phone numbers. The final experience should feel natural, confirm the date and time verbally or by text, and log everything inside the Conversations tab for easy follow-up.

Deliverables
• Fully configured GoHighLevel workflow that answers calls and texts, gathers basic details, and schedules the appointment
• Custom call/script logic and SMS copy stored inside the workflow so I can edit it later
• Test recordings and screenshots proving the flow works end-to-end

Once the flow is live and tested, I’ll run it with real prospects and release the milestone after a successful 48-hour trial.
