Description:
I am looking for an experienced freelancer (or team) to conceptualize, develop, and implement a fully automated AI system that will take over my entire office and communication workflow. The goal is to automate my daily processes as much as possible.
Core Tasks & Requirements:
1. Email Automation
Automatically receive, classify, respond to, and process emails (using Google Workspace or a similar platform).
Utilize my existing email design templates.
Send up to 1,000 emails per day in time-delayed batches of max. 18 emails per send.
Automated detection and follow-up of important emails.
2. Quote & Invoice Creation
Automated creation and sending of quotes and invoices via Easybill.com (or comparable office software).
Transfer relevant information from emails to Easybill for quote generation.
Automatic sending of invoices after order confirmation.
3. Telephone Reception (Inbound)
Implementation of an AI receptionist that answers incoming calls on my main business number, provides information, answers questions, and explains further processes to customers.
Complete transfer of information and context understanding for accurate customer responses.
4. Automated Callbacks (Outbound)
Development of an AI agent that independently performs callbacks as needed, understands the concerns from emails, and discusses them with customers by phone.
5. Outbound Cold Callers
Setup of three AI-powered, German-speaking outbound cold callers (female voices) who systematically call companies during office hours to acquire new clients/orders.
Telephony should ideally be handled via dialfire.com (or a similar platform).
General Requirements:
All agents must speak and understand German fluently.
Use of the specified platforms (Google Workspace, Easybill.com, dialfire.com).
Integration with existing processes and interfaces.
Full documentation and transparent handover upon project completion.
