Description:
We need an experienced AI developer to design, build, and integrate a full-featured GPT-4-Turbo chat system directly into our website https://disputesresolutions.com.
The chat will replace the “Book a free consultation” box in the hero section and must deliver a premium, human-like experience — equivalent in quality to ChatGPT — but with custom knowledge, tone, and logic specific to our DisputesResolutions business.
System Requirements:
• Integration with OpenAI GPT-4-Turbo API
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge system trained on our website content and documents we supply
• Natural, intelligent conversation flow that maintains full context
• Conversion-oriented logic to guide visitors toward booking consultations or submitting enquiries
• Built-in compliance guardrails (information-only — no legal advice)
• Analytics event logging (chat start, lead created, booking completed)
• Seamless embedding in the hero-right contact box (same size and position)
• Optimized for both desktop and mobile layouts
We will provide:
• A full developer specification pack (system prompt, RAG structure, API schema, analytics wiring, privacy and compliance rules, UI/UX guide).
• All source content for training and testing.
You will deliver:
• Full implementation, integration, and testing to our specification.
• Working deployment on the live site with proof of functionality.
• Clean, documented code and a short handover note.
Skills Required:
• Expert experience with OpenAI GPT-4-Turbo via API
• Proven RAG implementation (vector database such as Pinecone / pgvector / FAISS)
• Strong front-end and back-end ability (JavaScript / TypeScript, React / Next.js, Node.js)
• API design (function calling, authentication, security)
• Chat UI / widget development (embed or iframe)
• Prompt engineering and compliance logic
• Google Tag / GA4 event wiring
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail
Important:
Applicants must show previous GPT-4 or RAG-based chat systems they have built (screenshots or live links preferred).
Only highly experienced developers will be considered.
This is not a basic chatbot job — we require enterprise-grade quality and reliability.
Preference:
Developers who already have a working GPT-4 / RAG chat framework that can be adapted to our specification are strongly preferred.
