GPT-Based Business Plan Generator Development

I’m looking for a freelancer who has extensive experience creating custom GPTs. I would like to create a custom GPT that generates business plans for Canadian entrepreneurs.
The custom GPT will generate business plans using a specific business plan template that was created by a Canadian government agency (the Business Development Bank of Canada, or BDC).
The name of the custom GPT will be “Canadian Business Planner”. The description of the GPT will be “Crafts business plans for Canadian entrepreneurs, aligned with BDC guidelines.”
I have already created complete instructions/prompts for the GPT, based on the business plan template, but I don’t know how to enter those instructions into GPT to get the output that I want. Here is the link to the Google Doc with the instructions:

What I need you to do is use my instructions to create the Canadian Business Planner GPT. I want the custom GPT to:
1) Prompt users to enter general information about their business (i.e. industry, products/services, etc.)
2) Generate text for each section of the business plan
3) Retrieve information and data from its corpus. For example, to complete the market trends section of the business plan, the custom GPT will access data on Canadian market trends from its corpus.
4) Be able to take questions from users (for example, if a user doesn’t understand a question, the user can ask the GPT for an explanation)
5) Output a complete business plan in PDF format, properly formatted and with a simple, professional design.
6) Be hosted on my website.
The final output for this project will be a custom GPT that I can host on my website that generates business plans for Canadian entrepreneurs.
Bidders must describe at three (3) similar custom GPTs they have completed for clients, and include the URLs for live versions of those custom GPTs.
If you don’t have experience creating at least three similar custom GPTs, please DO NOT bid on this project. You will be wasting your time, because I’m looking only for an experienced freelancer.
