We are a Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking a skilled freelancer to help us advance our automation and AI initiatives across our business systems. Our goal is to stay ahead of the curve by leveraging automation, APIs, and AI solutions that improve efficiency, client experience, and scalability.
What You’ll Work On:
Building and managing automations through API calls across multiple platforms
Integrating and streamlining workflows between HaloPSA, Zapier, QuickBooks Online, and other line-of-business applications
Developing and deploying AI-driven solutions using OpenAI and similar platforms
Working with MHS servers and related infrastructure for system development and integration
Ensuring projects are scoped, quoted, and delivered from start to finish with clear milestones and deliverables
Requirements:
Strong experience with API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, HaloPSA, QuickBooks Online, etc.)
Expertise in AI platforms (OpenAI or similar) and implementing AI into business workflows
Familiarity with MHS servers and enterprise-level infrastructure
Excellent project management skills – able to take ownership of projects from initiation to completion
Ability to scope and provide accurate project quotes before starting work
Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with MSPs or IT services companies
Knowledge of cybersecurity, automation frameworks, and modern AI trends
Demonstrated success in delivering automation and AI solutions for SMBs
