Finish Voice Flow AI Receptionist for Med Spa $20 BUDGET (Partially Built – Need Expert to Complete)

**Description:** We are building our first AI receptionist for a Med Spa using **Voice Flow**. The goal is to have a polished, on-brand conversational agent that can:
- Greet new and returning visitors
- Answer common questions from our **knowledge base** (already uploaded)
- Guide users through a simple **appointment booking process**
- Collect basic lead info if a user drops off or isn't ready to book
- Integrate it into our **website widget or landing page**
**I've already done some of the foundational work:**
- Uploaded and structured the knowledge base
- Defined a few user intents and sample flows
- Built the initial greeting
**However, I’ve hit a wall and need someone who can:**
- Finish the flows and troubleshoot any broken paths
- Connect and test the appointment booking sequence
- Provide suggestions for improvement if you see anything missing
**You should have experience with:**
- Voice Flow (including assistant design and API/DB integrations)
- Working with service-based businesses or Med Spas (a plus)
**Bonus:**
Knowledge of n8n for future integration
**Timeline:** 24hrs for basic functionality to work
**I’ll provide:**
- Access to Voiceflow project
**Ongoing work:**
As with all my projects (as you can see i have a high rating) if things go well we can make this a long term relationship with ongoing work.
