AI-Enhanced MEP ERP Upgrade
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
Our in-house team has a working ERP built with React, Node and MySQL, but the three core areas—Projects Management, Client Billing and Material Management—still feel like separate islands. I need a full-stack developer who can weave them together, finish the remaining screens and, most importantly, layer in the new intelligence and tracking features listed below.
What has to change
• AI-powered insights must predict project timelines and completion probability while flagging cost overruns or budget deviations, all surfaced through clear dashboards and exportable reports.
• Material theft and wastage tracking should be live; I don’t want daily, weekly or monthly batches—data needs to update continuously so a site manager can act the moment a discrepancy appears.
• Budget-vs-actual analysis, advance-payment tracking, client-payment recovery, site-wise consumption, inventory/store control, biometric+geo attendance, role-based access, document management and real-time notifications all have to slot neatly into the existing codebase without breaking current workflows.
• Everything must be mobile responsive.
Tech ecosystem you will extend
React.js or Next.js front-end, Node.js/Express.js back-end, MySQL (we’re open to PostgreSQL if you prefer) served via REST APIs. AI calls can go through OpenAI or Claude—whichever delivers faster, cheaper and more accurate results.
Deliverables
1. Updated source code for front-end, back-end and any middleware
2. Normalised database schema with migration scripts
3. Clean, commented API endpoints
4. Deployment support (Docker or bare-metal, your choice)
5. Setup & user documentation, including a short guide that shows how to train or swap AI models
