We're hiring an experienced AI engineer to help us launch a smart conversational agent that can handle appointment bookings via EHR API integration.
You'll collaborate directly with our product and dev teams to turn a defined process flow into a working AI solution. We're looking for someone who can own the technical direction for the AI side of things and make the system usable for non-technical staff.

**What You’ll Build**
A production-ready conversational assistant that can:
- Understand and respond to patient requests (NLU/NLP)
- Schedule appointments based on defined logic and rules
- Integrate with our EHR system via API
- Be managed via a low-code/no-code interface (Flowise, N8N, Langflow, etc.)

**You’re a Fit If You Have:**
- Real-world experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based chat agents
- Solid knowledge of API integration and platform interoperability
- Strong communication skills (especially with non-AI stakeholders)
- Familiarity with low-code orchestration tools like N8N, Flowise, or similar
- Bonus: Experience with EHR systems or healthcare software

- Remote, flexible hours (under 30 hrs/week)
- Small, cross-functional team (you’ll work with frontend/backend devs + product)
- Expect to take ownership of AI implementation and strategy
- Duration: 1–3 months with potential for extension
