The system you build should recognise that these conversations are all about sales, keep the tone persuasive yet friendly, and nudge qualified leads toward a conversion or a smooth hand-off to a human when needed.
Here is what I need from you:
• A conversational AI that replies to sales-focused questions—pricing, features, stock levels, delivery options—using our product documents, FAQs, and brand guidelines as its knowledge base.
• Seamless integration with both channels we use today (standard email providers such as Gmail or Outlook and a live-chat widget like Intercom or a similar API-friendly tool), while leaving the door open for future social-media hooks.
• Context continuity between email and chat so the bot never loses track of the discussion if a prospect switches channels.
• A straightforward way for my team to update answers or add new product lines without touching code.
• Escalation logic that flags edge-case queries and forwards them, complete with conversation history, to a designated sales rep.

1. Working demo on a test mailbox and embedded chat.
2. Average reply time under three seconds.
3. ≥90 % accuracy on a 50-question validation set I will supply.
4. Clean, well-commented code (OpenAI, Dialogflow, Rasa, or another modern NLP stack—your choice), setup scripts, and a short video walkthrough.
