AI Email Automation & Templates
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m building a smarter email workflow and need a developer who can pair automatic response generation with thoughtful tagging / categorisation, then wrap it all in clean, reusable email templates.
Here’s what I’m after:
• An AI layer that reads incoming messages, decides whether to reply automatically and, when it does, crafts an appropriate response.
• A lightweight analysis routine that assigns custom tags so I can sort and search conversations later.
• HTML / MJML templates that look polished across major clients and can easily slot into my existing stack.
I’m open to the model or service you feel is best (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.). If you can test whether this will hook into Fyxer’s interface, even better—guidance on any required APIs or webhooks would be appreciated.
Deliverables will be:
1. Working code or a small prototype showing the response-generation and tagging flow.
2. A set of production-ready templates with clear comments for future edits.
3. Brief setup documentation so I can maintain the solution once delivered.
