ElevenLabs Australian Voice Agent Setup

I already have a draft call flow, the qualification metrics and an ElevenLabs account, but I need an expert to turn the pieces into a production-ready outbound voice agent. The goal is to hold a natural Australian-sounding conversation, ask my predefined questions, probe further when required, and return every answer in a neatly structured Excel sheet.

Here’s where I am and what I still need:
• Partial configuration exists in ElevenLabs; voice cloning or fine-tuning must ensure a convincingly Australian tone. I am open to another stack if you can match that accent without sounding robotic.
• The agent must weave together a mix of scripted prompts and dynamic follow-ups, adapting to the caller’s replies and using conditional gates I’ll supply.
• Core data to capture are the answers to each qualifying question along with any additional notes your logic deems relevant. Each point needs its own column in the final spreadsheet so the file can be dropped straight into our CRM.
• I’d like a quick, repeatable export—API push, webhook or simple XLSX download is fine as long as the columns stay fixed.

Deliverables
1. Fully configured voice agent (ElevenLabs or equivalent) able to dial out and handle the full decision tree without human intervention.
2. Tested call flow demonstrating both the scripted and adaptive replies.
3. Automated data hand-off producing an Excel file with separate columns for every captured field.
4. Brief hand-over doc or video so my team can tweak questions or add new conditional branches later.

Acceptance criteria: the accent sounds native, every predetermined gate works, and at least five live test calls export flawlessly to Excel.
