AI Driver Screening Assistant
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need a conversational AI service that can take over the first contact with prospective truck drivers and move them smoothly through our screening funnel. The system must:
• Hold natural, two-way conversations by phone, text, and email.
• Ask and record key screening data—driving experience, preferred home-time, equipment preference, and full driving history.
• Instantly grade each applicant against the criteria above and flag anyone who falls short.
• Offer clear company information whenever a candidate asks about pay, routes, benefits, or equipment.
• Auto-schedule qualified drivers for the next available interview slot on our calendar and confirm the appointment over the same channel they used to apply.
I’m open to Dialogflow, Rasa, Twilio Voice/SMS, or a custom LLM stack—as long as the end result is reliable, easy for recruiters to tweak, and able to export every conversation transcript.
Deliverable: a working, cloud-hosted AI assistant with an admin panel (or simple dashboard) where my team can view lead scores, adjust questions, and update company info without code.
