Key Responsibilities:
Set up and integrate WhatsApp Business API with our current system (via providers like 360dialog, Gupshup, etc.)
Develop a WhatsApp bot enhanced with Artificial Intelligence capable of:
Auto-replies with natural language understanding
Personalized promotional offers
Interactive menus and dynamic user flows
Ensure a user-friendly backend interface for managing messages and campaigns
Integrate the system with CRM tools or Google Sheets (optional but preferred)
Ideal Skills & Experience:
Proven experience with WhatsApp API integration
Strong background in marketing automation and messaging flows
Hands-on experience with chatbot development using AI platforms (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, OpenAI, or custom AI solutions)
Ability to build dynamic and personalized message templates
Familiarity with compliance rules of WhatsApp Business API
