I’m excited to share my latest capstone project focused on transforming HR talent management using AI and no-code technology.
Business Challenge:
Many organizations struggle to fully leverage their internal talent due to fragmented employee data and manual, time-consuming matching processes. This often leads to costly external hiring and missed growth opportunities for employees.
Project Objective:
Using Lyzr.ai’s no-code AI tools, I developed a solution that:
-Analyzes employee resumes, past projects, and learning history from Excel/Google Sheets
-Matches employee skills against open job descriptions to identify skill gaps
-Recommends personalized upskilling paths leveraging platforms like Coursera, Udemy, or internal LMS
-Provides an intuitive internal mobility dashboard for HR decision-makers to visualize talent insights
Expected Impact:
-Enables efficient internal talent matching, reducing hiring costs
-Improves employee retention through transparent career growth
-Accelerates internal placements and enhances L&D planning
