I want to overhaul the way we handle the roughly fifty emails that land in our single Outlook inbox each day. The goal is to route each message to the right employee automatically, trigger follow-ups on client quotes and routine service reminders, and keep the whole thread neatly tracked without anyone having to babysit it.
Beyond the basics, I also need an AI layer that can pull a client’s website, analyse it, and suggest additional manufacturing or trading services we could pitch. Once the insights are ready, the system should draft a tailored upsell email—my team will review before it goes out.
Another piece of the puzzle is an AI agent that learns from our historical conversations, then suggests or even composes replies on the fly, complete with the formulas we use to generate quotes. Accuracy is essential; I don’t want the bot to hallucinate pricing or specs.
