We are looking for a specialized developer or team to create a cutting-edge web platform for legal research. The platform will use AI to answer user inquiries based on a legal document database and must support both Arabic and English.

Goal: To build a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides legal research tools.
Target Audience: Lawyers, legal researchers, academics, and individuals interested in legal matters.
Proposed Technology: We plan to use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with a Large Language Model (e.g., Gemini API) to ensure high accuracy.

Build a RAG system to search a database of approximately 15,000 legal documents, which will be provided later.
The system must understand user queries like "What legislation applies to a specific case?"
Provide accurate, detailed answers with a clear citation of the source (e.g., the specific legal article or document).
The platform must fully support queries and responses in both Arabic and English.
Frontend & User Interface (UI/UX)
A modern, appealing, and user-friendly design.
An interactive chat box for users to communicate with the AI.
A "Conversation History" feature to display past chats for each user.
Pre-written, ready-made messages to help users understand how the model works.
Backend & Logic
Subscription and Payment System:
Offer three free questions for unregistered users before prompting them to pay.
A user login system with various paid subscription tiers.
Automated subscription and payment management.
Admin Dashboard:
Monitor all user conversations and the AI's questions and answers.
Track token consumption for each user.
Quality Control:
An in-chat "Report" button for users to flag incorrect answers or missing documents.
The ability for users to upload new legal documents.

The proposed solution must be built on scalable and reliable technologies.
