AI-Driven Digital Goods Marketplace

I’m building a multivendor ecommerce platform dedicated to digital products—think software, templates, music, e-books, or any file-based goods. Vendors need an intuitive space to register, list items, manage licenses or download limits, and receive payouts, while customers get a smooth, secure buying experience.

A conversational AI assistant must be available across both the storefront and the vendor dashboard to handle common questions, guide shoppers through checkout, and reduce routine support load. Please integrate it so new intents or FAQs can be trained without code changes.

Sales performance has to be crystal-clear for me and every vendor. The system must provide:

• Real-time sales dashboard
• Automated sales reports (exportable to CSV/PDF)
• Inventory tracking for digital licenses or keys

Core expectations
– Modern tech stack (React, Next.js, or similar for front end; Node, Laravel, or comparable for back end) that scales easily.
– Secure payment gateway integration supporting split payouts/commissions.
– Role-based dashboards for admin, vendor, and buyer.
– GDPR-compliant data handling and basic SEO setup.

Deliverables will be the full source code in a private repo, a brief deployment guide (Docker or standard VPS), and a walk-through call where you demo vendor onboarding, an AI-assisted sale, and the three tracking features above.
