AI-Driven HR Automation Setup
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,000 INR
I am kicking off a company-wide automation program and the first milestone is our HR department. With roughly 1,000 employees on the books, the recurring administrative load is slowing us down; my immediate objective is to cut the time our team spends shuffling onboarding paperwork.
Here’s the scope I want to tackle in this first phase:
• Onboarding – streamline data capture, document generation, e-signatures and system provisioning so a new hire can be ready in hours, not days.
• Payroll – integrate attendance data, automate calculations, and push error-free outputs straight into our banking and statutory filing portals.
• Performance Management – create an AI-assisted review workflow that collects 360° feedback, schedules check-ins and surfaces insights for managers.
I’m looking for someone who understands HR processes at a practical level and can weave together AI tools, RPA, APIs or low-code platforms to deliver a working prototype we can scale. Familiarity with popular HRIS/ATS solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and experience building chatbots or document-processing models would be ideal.
Acceptance criteria
• A live demo showing a new hire moving from signed offer to system-generated employee record without manual data re-entry.
• Automated payroll run that reconciles dummy attendance data and produces compliant pay slips.
• Performance review cycle triggered and closed with autogenerated summary reports.
• Clear hand-off documentation so our internal IT team can maintain and extend the solution.
If this phase goes smoothly, we’ll roll the same approach across Finance, Marketing, Production, Import and Export. Let’s start with HR and prove the value together.
