I need a bot trained to answer various types of inquiries using our existing data. This chatbot will be integrated into Discord, accessible to users, and will maintain consistency across sessions.
Key Tasks:
- Train the bot using our data sources: chat logs, FAQs, manuals or guides, and a Google doc of course content and FAQs.
- Ensure the bot can handle customer support questions, product-related inquiries, technical questions about course content, and general FAQs.
